The alternate solution is to raise the corporate interest rate, use that to balance the budget and provide additional assistance to those people who are struggling.

Actually, it's a warning. Climate change is going to impact the world in ways that you especially cannot comprehend because you've never really investigated the issue. Alberta is facing a drought this year, Lethbridge has only 11% of their water reserves in place at this point and we've hardly gotten any snow or rain in the past year, while the Rocky Mountain glaciers that supply water into the rivers, are melting faster every year. The best way to combat this is to be calm, don't get drawn into the emotional tussle, but they want you to be dragged around a goose chase. What is needed to change for government, is a rule to discourage the act of deflection, but it seems like projection and deflection is a accepted tool?

For instance in a court of law, the Judge would warn you if you kept deflecting and delaying and beating around the bush... But in this setting in the house of commons, its just endless ranting back and forth? They should put a judge on the speaker seat and watch what happens.
