Prostitution has also led to exploitation, trafficking, murders of women. I know this stuff happens without it but legalizing one thing will cause more problems. Like men will have an even worse view of women than they already do and may justify raping women etc. I think the main thing will be to help young boys mental health and Intill confidence in them. Also let them know that their worth isn’t defined by having a woman in their lives. As a teenager girl, I grew up with all the guys (all kinds of guys) liking the same 4-5 girls in my school, but never once was upset that they liked the girls. I knew the girls were pretty and had nice traits. Unfortunately, Society has kind of forced young guys to think they need to lose their virginity or date before they even go out into the real world so this is the real fix.

In reality as a society there needs to be more resources for men to be able to reach out and find support groups where they can feel like they’re part of something without judgement and that’s just the first step to fixing this. The next step is changing the narrative that it’s shameful to not be wildly accepted by women because that is the route of this issue. For a lot of men their entire self worth is often based around women’s view on them, this becomes a problem because most women are obviously going to have a preference and the majority of people on the planet have a similar beauty or status preference, thus it creates men like this.

In (4) social and sexual needs, a man who has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of products & services to his community by working a $45K/year job for years or even decades will have 1/100th the socio-sexual capital of a 25 lbs overweight women 20 years past peak fertility, who is living at home with her parent(s) with no job, no car, no income, no assets, and $50K of student loan debt. Yet as a society we tax from men to give to women because women "need" more than the socio-sexual capital monopoly they already have...?
