Foreign interference: Singh “more disturbed” after reading unredacted NSICOP report

NDP leader Jagmeet Singh said in Ottawa on Thursday that he is “more disturbed” after reading an unredacted version of a National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians (NSICOP) report on foreign interference, and said that it shows a number of Canadian MPs have “knowingly provided help to foreign governments.”
“There are also politicians at all levels of government who have benefited from foreign interference. Some of this behaviour absolutely appears to be criminal and should be prosecuted,” Singh said. “This government has received multiple repeated warnings and recommendations and has not acted.”
“I am more disturbed today than I [was] yesterday. I'm more disturbed by what I've learned, and it really does highlight to me the failure of leadership of both Justin Trudeau and Pierre Poilievre,” he later added.
The Green Party's Elizabeth May, who has also seen the full version, said this week it does not contain a "list of MPs who have shown disloyalty to Canada." May said she believes the small number of MPs named in the report did not knowingly set out to betray Canada.

@@AwkwardPainthe first part of what you said right. Singh should do as he says and not support either. However, he is supporting Trudeau and holding off an election with the NDP. He isn’t supporting the CPC in any major way. The original comment made, which you rudely responded to, was absolutely correct. The original commentator didn’t even mention the CPC, but only pointed to Singh’s hypocrisy.

Why would they be scared? Trudeau's not gonna do a thing, Poilievre won't interrupt the money syphon his buddies are plugged into, and Canada's no economical or military threat to either China or India. This might end up being a bigger problem than just the obvious lack of security. Parliament can vote to remove criminal MPs. Not only have very few politicians even spoken out against MPs that profit from foriegn interference, none of them have announced any kind of charges or intent to remove those criminals.

I’ve noticed several very expensive prime commercial real estate sites that have obviously been abandoned for at least 7 months. Clearly the rent is still being paid i.e. foreign money laundering in broad daylight. Canadians need to stop being so passive and acknowledge that enemy countries have so much contempt for us they openly operate “foreign police stations” in Canada!🇨🇦 For the Canadian government to acknowledge foreign interference you know the truth must be really bad.
