The reality is fart is the common parlance for flatulence, used in the abstract would be barely borderline unparliamentary, but the Rempel used fart as the literal in an analogy. Therefore it's not unparliamentary. If she'd have said that the opposition was a fart face and she should go back to Mustard Fart Station and leave politics to people that aren't offended by adult conversations, then fart would be unparliamentary.

Please stop This is time to work all as one, One Canada, united. Put yr heads together and actually care for each other, not battle each other and create more chaos. In order for a nation to be strong. It needs to be united. All your resources and money united and allocated visely. Not going into someone pocket. There is karma when you are high officials getting paid highly. You are responsible for your actions. If you really care. Show us your power now. How you going to resolve homelessness and crimes? Yes u spend money? did it work? No, cause u didnt really look at the root of the problem. 1)Before you bring in immigrant and have more children. Please set up educational system that teach morals, teach kids and parents true financial knowledge, have them invest at young age, then everything is paid for and self sufficient, safe government thousand of dollars in social welfare, it should be building from ground foundation and not trying to fix broken building. You can only patch up building here and there call fake jobs. But if there is foundation peoblems, it needs to rebuild. If you dont rebuild, before you know it. Everything is deteriorating. Body, mind and soul all corrupted. We are all here for a purpose, that is to help each other out. We should be one big nation, working together and not working against each other. If you are christian, catholic, and all religion. if all are god child why fighting against each other, doesnt make sense. We all should be expressing kindess and if we encounter someone, ensure they are better off. The time is now, please united and do something to rebuild canada before it become 3rd world. Education system and moral is foundation of the future. Should look and employ some of the good example i see in some countries.
