Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani lost his New York State law license on Tuesday. This came after a state appeals court found he had lied in arguing that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from his client, former Republican U.S. president Donald Trump. #RudyGiuliani #Trump #USnews

Not really…while he is protected by the first amendment to basically lie, as that is one aspect of free speech, the NY bar association has its own rules of conduct. They have every right to decide who is and isn’t allowed to be licensed based on their set or rules.

This is not true, all of these people Can still practice law. Bill Clinton only needs to renew his license and Hilary gave up hers when she became a senator. The Obamas both have their licenses. Just another republican lie.

When a lawyer is disbarred in one state, other states often reciprocate the disbarment. So, if New York disbars an attorney, other states where they are licensed may also impose disbarment.

They have never been disbarred. Yes, I did research it and all of them can practice law if they want to. Most have just not renewed their licenses. Just because Trump says something doesn't mean it is true.

So if you like to be lied to go ahead and believe. You would still be wrong. Be smart just look into it it's not hard at all.
