Intense seismic activity over the past few days has triggered the eruption of Litli Hrutur on. Close-up footage of lava spewing from the Icelandic volcano was captured by a drone on Wednesday.

Less than an hour after the eruptions started there was new videos of the current eruption they could have used instead of using one from two years ago.... This is one of the reasons the world is the way it is because nobody gives a s*** about the accuracy of the news

This is the actual litli hrutur. It’s erupted 3 times now and this is from one of the previous eruptions

@@crabiiiscool Actually the volcano is called Fagradalsfjall and Litli-Hrútur is the mountain closest to the newest eruption site. The previous two were Geldingadalir (2021) and Meradalir (2022), both named after the valleys in which they occurred.

If these fissures occur like this, then the Earth's core must be building up a lot of heat to cause this many eruptions around the world. With so many volcanoes going off, it's probably affecting the Earth's rotation, causing the astroid that's meant hit Earth to miss! Can you imagine that happening if the very asteroid that took out the dinosaurs did the same thing in the past? We'd never exist!

There is a place in Iceland called "Dimmu Borgir" which is the closer to the Christian depiction of Hell than any other place on earth. I traveled there in the 90's and it actual smells like "Brimstone" and the air is hot and acrid with a Sulphur smell. An amazing place .
