Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's former lawyer, took questions from lawmakers in the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday over a wide range of topics as he testified about Trump.
Cohen was questioned by Democrats over alleged hush money payments to two women that he says Trump told him to say he knew nothing about, as well as why his testimony was frequently delayed.
The former lawyer also fielded questions from Republicans over his credibility and if he was using his testimony to reduce his sentence.

Yep, used his entire time to hurt the image of the man instead of asking questions that could rule definitively, one way or the other, if he even was lying or not. It's almost like he'd been paid to say that and didn't really even care about us finding out the truth at all.

@Camen Burton...I watched the whole 9 hours yesterday because I want to know the truth, I don't make rash decisions, and I am not a follower, I am a researcher, and what you stated is true. Jim Jordan, and Mr. Green, and Mr. Meadows are all on Trumps side, and I'm not going into what I know, as I don't want a knock on my door... BUT if you watched yesterday, those 3 men tried desperately to destroy Cohen's credibility, and even tried to stop the proceedings, WHY, because they know that Trump is guilty of all the current charges against him, but MONEY IS POWER, and I will leave it at that.

The women's voices are a strong argument that they are needed in government. I was disappointed with the men who are clearly pandering to Trump and his supporters. Cohen's testimony was far more compelling than I expected. I did not vote for Trump because I knew of his background with the Trump University, his mistreatment of people of color and of women. Hopefully this will help the American people see who Trump really is!

No one that testifies in Congress should receive any income from any outside sources. Reason being is that it gives that person more incentive to lie as well as tell the truth. If the private sector wants to write a book or get a movie deal they can do it on the testimonies given in public setting such as this or other government records available to the public by law. .

Cohen, the man convicted of lying to congress in 2017 is testifying before congress again in 2019 because 1) He has miraculously gained credibility, 2) He is trying to get less time in federal prison, early release, or better treatment by telling the majority House Democrats, prosecutors, and federal judge what they want to hear, 3) He is unable to tell the truth. Take your pick.
