On a conference call to his campaign team, Biden reportedly said that “I am running. I am the leader of the Democratic Party. No one is pushing me out.” Jackson Proskow explains how Biden is trying to regain the confidence of voters, the growing chorus of Democrats saying he needs to go, and the most likely Democrat who could replace Biden.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is facing pressure to resign because of his faltering popularity, and his party's shocking byelection loss in a Liberal stronghold makes his future even murkier. Depending on which media outlet you're watching either one candidate is winning polls or losing polls, is a great candidate or horrible one, is old and weak or a convicted criminal traitor, hero or villain. As long as these media outlets can spin anything to the tastes and impulses of their viewers and get you to watch them and make money, they will say anything. The joke is on all of us.

Trump's "charitable" works include the following: $20,000 from his foundation was used by to buy a portrait of himself to give to his wife Melania. Over a quarter of a million dollars from his charitable foundation was spent to cover legal fees incurred in lawsuits relating to his businesses.
