Yes he CAN afford to pay for such an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner. So, why are the taxpayers paying for it? And why would he need to take a salary when he can just give himself a HUGE permanent tax cut that adds up to at least 100 times his salary? When the President of The United States uses a commercial property to stage an event the taxpayers pay for the event. When an event takes place at the White House, the taxpayers pay for every cost associated to that event. Why the hell do you think Trump continues to refer to Mara Lago as the winter White House?
